We were so thankful to have air conditioning and the ability to have our own washer and dryer in our apartment. The gym and pool were a huge plus. Our kids really enjoyed swimming in the pool in the summer. Management and staff were prompt to address any concerns we brought to their attention. Our experience living at St. Helens Place Apartments far exceeded our expectations.

submitted by Melody F. - |Recommended: YesI am new — I am a new renter and so far so good, everything looks nice and everyone has been so easy to work with. I really like my apartment it's just the right size for me and I am so happy with the wider doorways and having some storage, and a nice patio. The microwaves are nice and they work well, I have a wonderful washer and dryer that is a little extra but sure worth it. I am very pleased. The neighbors have been nice, I truly appreciate that. I like we are so close to the stores, and parks, and there are some great amenities here. Also, there are some great places to eat close by, which works for me. All in all, I hope to be staying for a good while.

Most of the time it is hard for second vehicle parking and I do have to park in a spot slightly far away from my apartment but the place is worth the extra walking. It is always clean and well maintained around the complex. The staff is always super nice and friendly Maintenance is always friendly and quick to respond and keeps you in the loop regarding everything.

Staff is very helpful with questions requests and always responds within 24hrs no matter what the situation is. I would recommend this complex to any of my friends and family.

My neighbors are nice to me. My kids have made friends. The appliances and tall ceilings are to die for. The only negative aspect is the fact that it's difficult for me to haul groceries and young kids up 3 flights of stairs haha But, I do believe it's helping me build a bit of muscle. Grateful to be here, and to have a home with my babies.
